As of the end  of October 2025  , at the construction site  of the Sofiyivka:

1-4 sections:

• Work is underway to improve the internal area;
• The gasification work of the apartments has been completed;
• Work is underway to gasify commercial premises;
• The installation of closers on the vestibule and entrance doors has been completed;
• Parking lot cleaning completed.

Office center:

• Facade work on the roof has been completed;
• The installation of finishing metal on the parapets and chimney has been completed;
• Facade work has begun.
