As of the end  of September 2025,  at the construction site  of the Sofiivka residential complex :

Section 1 and 2:

• Painting work on the staircases and landings has been completed;
• The tiling of the stairs and landings has been completed;
• The installation of external railings on the staircases has been completed;
• The installation of lighting for staircases and landings has been completed;
• The installation of electrical cables and the installation of circuit breakers in the apartments have been completed;
• Road and pedestrian zone improvements have been completed;
• Work is underway to improve the internal area;
• Work is underway to connect apartments to gas;
• Work is underway to gasify commercial premises.

Office center:

• Roof installation work has been completed.
