1 section:

• Painting work is underway on the staircases and landings;
• Tile installation continues on staircases and landings;
• Facade work, gasification, electrical installation, installation of heating radiators – in progress;
• The installation of elevators, entrance doors, screeds and plaster has been completed;
• The installation of low-voltage networks to apartments has been completed;
• The installation of water meters has been completed.

Section 2:

• Painting work is underway on the staircases and landings;
• Facade work, gasification, electrical installation, installation of heating radiators – in progress;
• The installation of elevators, entrance doors, screeds and plaster has been completed;
• Work is underway to concretize the retaining walls of the landscaping;
• The installation of low-voltage networks to apartments has been completed.

Sections 3 and 4:

• Landscaping work has been completed.

Office center:

• Monolithic works have been completed;
• The masonry of the 4th floor and parapets on the roof is underway;
• The installation of the drainage tray in the parking lot has been completed.
