As of the end of August 2025, at the construction site of the Sofiivka residential complex:

Section 1:
• Painting work on the staircases and platforms is underway
• Tiling of the stairs and platforms has been completed;
• Installation of electrical cables and installation of input machines in the apartments is underway;
• Road and pedestrian area landscaping has been completed;
• Work on landscaping the internal territory has begun;
• Installation of apartment numbering has been completed;
• Installation of inspection doors is in progress;
• Installation of intercoms has been completed;
• Installation of Armstrong in the corridors and moldings on the entrance doors;
• Cleaning in the apartments and in the entrance hall has been completed.

Section 2:
• Painting work on the staircases and platforms is underway;
• Tiling of the stairs and platforms has been completed;
• Installation of gas boilers has been completed;
• Installation of granite at the exit to the parking lot and basement, landscaping of the outer courtyard has been completed;
• Installation of the platbands on the entrance doors and Armstrong in the corridors has been partially completed;
• Installation of apartment numbering has been completed;
• Installation of intercoms has been completed;
• Cleaning has begun in the apartments and in the entrance.

Sections 3 and 4:
• Commissioning of elevators has been completed;
• Installation of mailboxes has been completed;
• Installation of intercoms has been completed.

Office center:
• Roof installation is in progress;
• External sewage installation has been completed.
