As of the end  of July 2025,  at the construction site  of the Sofiyivka:

1 section:

• Painting work is underway on the staircases and landings;
• Stairs and landings are being tiled;
• Electrical cables are being installed and circuit breakers are being installed in the apartments;
• Work on waterproofing the courtyard parking lot (membrane system) has been completed;
• The installation of the fire extinguishing system in the parking lot has been completed;
• Work is underway to install parking lot lighting;
• Installation of electrical cabinets has been completed;
• Work is underway to improve the road and pedestrian zone;
• Doors to the entrance and vestibule have been installed;
• Cleaning has begun in the apartments.

Section 2:

• Painting work is being carried out on staircases and landings;
• The installation of radiators, electrical input switches, as well as facade work has been completed;
• The screed work at the radiator connection points has been completed;
• The installation of granite paving at the entrance to the parking lot from the Sofiivka and Office Center sides has been completed;
• The improvement of the upper part of the stylobate has been completed;
• Partial installation of gas boilers in apartments has been carried out.

Sections 3 and 4:

• Cleaning in sections 3 and 4 is complete;
• Commissioning of elevators is underway;
• The building area on the Sofiivka side is open.

Office center:

• Monolithic works, brickwork, and sloped screed on the roof have been completed;
• Work is underway to install external sewage systems;
• Concreting and waterproofing of the water tank has been completed.
