As of the end of April 2025, at the construction site of the Sofiivka residential complex :

1 section:

• Painting work was carried out on the staircases and landings;
• Tile laying continued on the staircases and landings;
• Facade work, gasification, electrical installation, and installation of heating radiators were carried out;
• The installation of elevators, entrance doors, screed installation, and plastering work has been completed.

Section 2:

• Painting work was carried out on the staircases and landings;
• Facade work, gasification, electrical installation, and installation of heating radiators were carried out;
• The installation of elevators, entrance doors, screed installation, and plastering work has been completed.

Sections 3 and 4:

• Work continued on gasification of apartments;
• The remaining work was being completed: installation of electrical panels, adjustment of window and door blocks.
