As of the end  of June 2025,  at the construction site of the Sofiivka :

1 section:

• Painting work is underway on the staircases and landings.
• Stairs and landings are being tiled.
• Facade work completed
• The installation of the stylobates has been completed.
• Electrical cables are being installed and circuit breakers are being installed in the apartments.
• Improvement of the surrounding area has begun
• Work has begun on installing waterproofing for the courtyard parking lot (membrane system)
• Masonry of partitions in the parking lot has been completed, installation of fire extinguishing systems is underway

Section 2:

• Painting work is underway on the staircases and landings.
• The installation of radiators, electrical input devices, as well as facade work has been completed.
• Installation of low-current networks in apartments completed
• Concreting of the retaining walls of the improvement project has been completed
• Laying of granite paving at the entrance to the parking lot has begun
• Improvement work is underway.

Sections 3 and 4:

• Cleaning has begun in 4 sections
• Cleaning completed in 3 sections
• Improvements near the 3rd entrance are complete
• Silicone sealing of joints in elevator junction areas has been completed.

Office center:

• Masonry of partitions on the 5th floor is underway
• Masonry work on the roof completed
• The installation of the industrial floor in the parking lot has been completed.
• Masonry of partitions in the parking lot is being carried out
• The main power cable is connected.
